However, if you feel something is off-balance in your life, or you’re in a situation that you need help addressing, now is the time to connect.
Regardless of who you are and what you’re going through, my door to a safe and private therapeutic space is always open. Choose between sessions from 30 to 120 minutes, where you can express your negative emotions and gain valuable tools to help address them.
For individuals, I usually recommend 60-minute sessions, and for couples, 120-minute sessions – allowing both persons time to express feelings, and to hear each other.
