I have created a short 30 minute session for the situations where there is one specific question or subject that needs to be attended to quickly and to the point. For individuals, if you feel you need more, I would recommend booking the 60 or even the 90 minute session. For couples I would absolutely recommend the 90 minute session, as a minimum, or preferably the 120 minute session, which is the standard length for a couples therapy session.
